Former United States President, Donald Trump has again hinted that he will run in the 2024 presidential race.
In his first public event since he left office almost forty days ago, Trump told the annual conference of the American Conservation Union, otherwise known as CPAC, that the Biden administration is taking the U.S on the wrong path, pointing to what he called, an opening of the borders to “criminals and convicts” from central America.
Trump said the new administration’s decision to halt the Border Wall project has reversed the gains he claims he put in place to stem illegal migration.
The former american leader who Biden beat in last year’s election alleged a defunding of the police by his successor.
On Foreign policy, Trump accused the Biden administration of giving countries such as Iran, the negotiating strength, by going back to the Nuclear Deal and lifting sanctions he put in place.
Trump also criticised the decision to return the U.S to the World Health Organization, WHO, insisting that the global health body is inefficient and and accused it of siding with China over the Coronavirus pandemic.
